Campus Description
The Stratham campus is situated on 91 acres, located mid-way between Portsmouth and Exeter, on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. It is easily accessible to residents of Rockingham and Strafford Counties as well as adjacent towns in northern Massachusetts and southern Maine.
Most administrative and academic offices are located in the three story masonry and steel structure built in 1982. The building also houses the library, Office of Student Affairs and student support services including the award winning Center for Academic Planning and Support.
The Portsmouth Center is home to more than 150 businesses, organization, state agencies and 5 other colleges, NHCTC Portsmouth is located at Pease International Tradeport.
Covering over 3,000 acres, the tradeport includes an airport, 18-hole golf course, frontage on Great Bay, a major interstate highway and is adjacent to a deep-water seaport.
Current programs housed at Pease include the Center for Training and Business Development, Community Education, Computer Technology and the nationally recognized, state-of-the-art Northeast Biomanufacturing Center and Collaborative.
The Portsmouth campus at Pease Tradeport is the future home of the entire campus, which will completely relocate by the end of the decade.
