A new Bio-Research curriculum for Great Bay’s Associate of
Science Biotech Degree.
Defined bio-research competencies to help form a new Bio
Research Apprenticeship Program.
The state’s first Biotechnology Career Student
Organization and a student website will be created.
4 new high school biotech programs in the state and 20 new biotech curricula additions
500+ students will gain awareness of the biotech industry
and career opportunities.
325 incumbent workers, 60 dislocated workers, 30 students,
and 51 high school teachers will be trained in
biotechnology/bioscience programming.
Nearly 3,000 new high school students trained as a
result of expanded science programs.
A new website will be created to serve as a clearinghouse
ink to the biotechnology/life sciences industry.
